Friday Night Fun & Open Training Time

Our Open Training Time is a time to run, play, exercise, and practice gymnastics skills.

Training Times are supervised by our safety certified coaches.

Dress code: Please have hair pulled back, no jewelry, no spaghetti strap shirts, no mid-drifts showing, no zippers, snaps or buttons! ALL participants must wear a leotard or athletic clothing.

Remember to bring a water bottle!

Open Training Time

Currently we are open to the public for all Friday Nights. All levels of gymnastics are welcome to come for 1.5 hours of instructional gymnastics. Grab a friend and come join us! 1st, 2nd & 4th Fridays of each month (unless otherwise noted as schedule changes do accur).

Friday Night Fun

On the 3rd Friday of each month we have our Friday Night Fun (unless otherwise noted as schedule changes do accur). All levels of gymnastics are welcome to come for 3 hours of instructional gymnastics. Grab a friend and come join us! Our FNF are now even more fun to attend as there are themed months with more awesome gymnastics activites, games and goodie bags to take home!

Discounted punch cards are now available to non-members for $300 for 10 punches to our Friday Night Fun Gym Nights.
