Parkour, sometimes also called Free-Running, is the art of movement that seeks to explore the limits of the human body through creativity in our environment. Students, also known as Traceurs, will learn parkour techniques, focus on developing sharp minds, strong bodies and greater confidence all the while safely and stylishly navigating their environment in new and exciting ways.
We seek for our students to build lasting friendships and create a community that supports each other through our training journey.
Classes Available-
Foundational Classes:
Age Groups: 5-7yrs, 8-11yrs, 12+yrs
In Foundational classes, students will learn skills required to begin their parkour journey. We focus on basic motor functions like how to land and roll safely, as well as proper jumping technique.
Beginner Classes:
Age Groups: 5-7yrs, 8-11yrs, 12+yrs
In Beginner classes, students will learn the 4 steps of Parkour. We focus on many of the iconic techniques parkour is known for. From traversing over obstacles, to landing on them with precision.
Intermediate Class:
Age Group: 10+yrs
In Intermediate classes, students will develop perceptual motor skills like spacial awareness. Basic flips and advanced vaults.
Advanced Class:
In Advanced classes, students will learn high level techniques from complex flips, including twists to full body control on a multitude of obstacles .
