Compulsory: Seaside's Developmental bronze through gold Xcel program has skill requirements and a time commitment that is more intense and different from our USAG Xcel program.

USAG XCEL: Sea Otters
Seaside's USAG Xcel Program has a skill level and time requirement that is less demanding than the compulsory and Optional Teams.
These levels are Bronze, Silvere. Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire.
