Advanced Pre-Team & Developmental Pre-Team: Shrimp
Pre-Team and Advanced Pre-Team is an introductory level to prepare gymnasts for competition. They will work on basic gymnastics shapes, strength and flexibility. The focus will be on getting there skills and their mindset ready to be a competitive gymnasts.
Developmental Bronze-Platinum: Barracudas Optionals 6-10: Mermaids
Developmental: Seaside's Developmental bronze through gold Xcel program has skill requirements and a time commitment that is more intense and different from our USAG Xcel program.

USAG XCEL-Sea Otters
