• Looking for an exciting and fun place to hold your child's next birthday party!?! 

You choose the theme, provide the food and guests and Seaside will take care of the rest!

Your birthday party includes: invitations to go with your theme of choice (Printed or Emailed based on preference), a coach/event coordinator, all decorations including balloons, paper products, and goodie bags for guests. 

*Guests must pre-register online via the provided link to complete the necessary liability waiver.*

The best part is you have the whole facility to yourself.

• Reserve your date early! During the rainy and cold seasons, our parties fill quickly so we encourage you to book your party date plenty of time in advance.
• We require you to contact us to book so that we can ensure you are booked for the correct birthday party style, the right amount of guests, and understand the deposit and any additional participant costs.
• All parties need to be booked ahead of time and are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. You may pay in person at the Hospitality desk, over the phone or on the Jackrabbit Parent Portal once the party is set up.
• A deposit is required to secure your party date at the time of booking. This will be half of the total price of the party.
• Deposits and final payments for parties are non-refundable. In the event of injury or illness, our Hospitality Team will address on an individual basis. 
• If you discover a conflict with your chosen date more than 3 weeks before the date, you may change it one-time pending availability. This change must be done either in person or over the phone. Changing a party date with less than 3 week’s notice forfeits the deposit and final payment.
• We accept Cash, Check, Amex, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa for final payments. This is due before or on the date of the party.
• Please tell guests not to arrive more than 10 minutes early and prompt pick-up is required. We are not able to accommodate any extra time in the facility at the end of the party.
