TIGER SHARK- (BEG 6-9 YRS) & (BEG 10-18 YRS)- The First Splash Into Gymnastics
Class Length: 55 Minutes

Every great gymnast starts somewhere, and Tiger Sharks is where the adventure begins!
Designed for gymnasts with little to no previous experience, this class introduces the foundations of gymnastics in a fun, supportive environment. Coaches guide students through exciting skill stations while helping them build strength, coordination, confidence, and a love for movement.
Gymnasts will begin exploring all four gymnastics events while learning proper technique and safe progressions.
Tiger Sharks focus on:
- Building strength and flexibility.
- Learning beginner skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
- Developing body awareness and control.
- Gaining confidence through new accomplishments.
Before moving up to Hammer Sharks, gymnasts must demonstrate mastery of the Beginner Skill Evaluation.
HAMMER SHARK- (INTERMEDIATE 6+ YRS) - Taking Skills to the Next Level
Two 55-Minute Classes Per Week
Tuition: $208/month
Hammer Sharks are ready for bigger challenges!
At this level, gymnasts begin connecting skills, improving technique, and building the strength needed for more advanced gymnastics. Coaches focus on proper form, confidence, and helping each gymnast reach new goals.
Gymnasts continue developing:
- Stronger tumbling skills.
- More advanced bar and beam techniques.
- Improved vault progressions.
- Greater independence and confidence.
Hammer Sharks is where gymnasts start to feel like true athletes, building determination, focus, and excitement for what's next.
Before moving up to Great White Sharks, gymnasts must complete the Intermediate Skill Evaluation.
GREAT WHITE- (ADVANCED 1 8+ YRS) - Ready for Bigger Waves
Class Length: 85 Minutes
Tuition: $165/month
Great White Sharks are ready to take on more advanced challenges!
This level is designed for gymnasts who have built strong foundations and are ready to refine their technique while learning more powerful skills across all four events.
Gymnasts begin working toward:
- Advanced tumbling skills including walkovers, handsprings, and aerial progressions.
- More challenging beam combinations and acrobatics.
- Advanced bar skills including kips and connecting movements.
- Stronger vault techniques.
Every class focuses on precision, consistency, and confidence while helping gymnasts become stronger, more independent athletes.

MEGALODON- (ADVANCED 2 8+ INVITE ONLY)- The Ultimate Recreational Challenge
Two-Hour Class

Megalodons represent the highest level of our recreational gymnastics pathway.
Designed for experienced gymnasts who have mastered advanced skills and want to continue challenging themselves without the commitment of competitive team, this class offers a high-energy environment focused on skill refinement, strength, and personal achievement.
Megalodons is perfect for gymnasts who:
- Love gymnastics and want to continue progressing.
- Are transitioning from competitive gymnastics.
- Want to cross-train for another sport such as cheerleading.
- Enjoy challenging themselves with advanced skills.
