Our Parent-Tot Gymnastics class is a joyful, 30-minute movement experience designed for toddlers (walking age to 3 years old) and their favorite grown-up—whether that’s Mom, Dad, or a caregiver.

Led by one of our enthusiastic instructors, each class guides you and your little one through imaginative obstacle courses and hands-on activities that build coordination, balance, and body awareness—all in a safe, supportive environment.

This program isn’t just about gymnastics—it’s about bonding. With no phones, distractions, or outside interruptions, you’ll have 30 minutes of intentional play and focused connection with your child. Together, you’ll explore fun stations using scaled-down gymnastics equipment like mini beams, trampolines, tunnels, and tumbling mats.

Along the way, your child will:

• Build gross and fine motor skills
• Strengthen agility, flexibility, and confidence
• Begin learning how to take turns, share space, and follow directions
• Discover movement through music, games, and props that make learning feel like play

Parents/caregivers are active participants in every class, supporting their child at each station while guided by the instructor. With a low 6:1 class ratio, every child gets the encouragement and attention they need.
