Big Adventures for Your Littlest Explorer
Every great adventure starts with a first step—and the Seahorses Parent & Tot program is the perfect place to begin.
Designed for children from walking age through 3 years old, this 30-minute class is filled with movement, laughter, discovery, and quality one-on-one time with your favorite grown-up. Whether it's Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, or another caregiver, you'll explore the gym together while making memories that last long after class is over.
Guided by one of our energetic coaches, little explorers climb, crawl, jump, balance, swing, and tumble through imaginative obstacle courses designed just for them. Every station encourages curiosity while developing the building blocks they'll use for years to come.
Along the way, your little Seahorse will:
- Build confidence through exploration and movement.
- Develop balance, coordination, strength, and body awareness.
- Practice listening, following directions, and taking turns.
- Enjoy music, games, and creative activities that make learning feel like play.
- Begin developing the social skills needed for future classes and school.
One of the best parts? It's quality time you'll both look forward to each week. With phones tucked away and everyday distractions left at the door, you'll spend 30 uninterrupted minutes learning, laughing, and growing together.
Our small class size, limited to just six families, allows every child to receive plenty of individual encouragement while creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for everyone.

Ages: Walking – 3 Years
Class Length: 30 Minutes
Punch Card: $67 for 4 Classes
Annual Registration: $70 per Student | $100 per Family (Prorated Quarterly)
Ready for the Adventure?
To help your little Seahorse move comfortably and safely:
Girls: A leotard (without an attached skirt) or comfortable athletic clothing such as leggings or elastic-waist shorts with a fitted T-shirt.
Boys: Comfortable athletic clothing that allows for climbing, crawling, and plenty of movement.
Everyone: Bare feet only—no shoes, socks, or tights on the gym floor.
Parents & Caregivers: Dress comfortably! You'll be climbing, stretching, spotting, and exploring right alongside your little one.

Seahorses is limited to just 6 families per class, so advance registration is required.
Enroll through the Jackrabbit Parent Portal under the Classes & Events tab to save your spot.
All participants are required to complete Seaside's Annual Registration before attending classes.
