Annual Gym Recital

This year’s annual gym recital is gearing up to be our biggest and most exciting event yet. All Recreational and Pre-Team/Advanced Pre-Team athletes will be part of the show, which means we’re continuing with a two-day celebration of talent and teamwork.

Mark your calendars: the showcase will take place Saturday, April 25th and Sunday, April 26th. Final session times and group assignments will be released in March.

To make sure every athlete feels confident and performance-ready, we’ll hold rehearsals on April 4th.

This is the moment for our young gymnasts to shine. Get ready for an unforgettable weekend.

Price will be $165 per female participant and $115 per male participant: Includes custom show leotard for girls or custom t-shirt for male participants, custom show medal, music and choreography, rehearsal time and 2 entry tickets for parents/guardians. Siblings will receive a $50 discount. The first 50 families to pay in full by January 31st, will receive 10% off the total cost.

Saturday: Session 1- 9:30a

Saturday: Session 2- 12:00p

Saturday: Session 3- 3:00p

Saturday: Session 4- 5:30p

Sunday: Session 5- 11:00a

Sunday: Session 6- 2:00p

Rehearsal date will be Saturday, April 4th

Recommended but not Mandatory. 

All Guppies, Lion Fish, and Pre-Team will have rehearsal- 10:00a

All Goldfish students will have rehearsal- 11:30a

All Tiger Shark students will have rehearsal- 12:30p

All Hammer Sharks and Dolphins students will have rehearsal- 2:00p 

All Great White and Megalodon students will have rehearsal - 3:30p

You will receive two tickets with your purchase. If you need more, you can buy additional tickets in advance by contacting the Hospitality Desk, or you can purchase them at the door on the day of the showcase.

Additional tickets will be available starting in March. 

Prices are:

• Adults (18+): $15
• Youth (ages 7–17): $10
• Children (6 and under): Free

Arrival

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your session begins. This will give you plenty of time to park, get settled, and find your seats. Please only park in the designated Seaside Parking areas, as there are other businesses in the complex that need their spaces left open for their customers.
Gymnasts will be called to the floor 5 minutes before the start of their session. 

Until then, please keep your gymnast with you and off the equipment.
Seating is open and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Good Luck Grams

Send your gymnast a special boost of encouragement!
We will be selling Good Luck Grams, which include a personalized note and a small gift. 

Messages are read throughout the sessions.

• $6 for the first gram
• $2 for each additional message (one gift per student)
• CASH ONLY

Grams and gifts will be handed out at the medal ceremony. Only students who receive Good Luck Grams will take home the gift.

Each photo is an entry. We will be doing an Instagram live giveaway for $50 gym credit to be used for merchandise or class tuition!

What is the gym show?-  Our Gym Show is our once-a-year celebration of movement, creativity, and pure gymnastics fun—our version of a dance recital, only with flips, flair, and unforgettable moments. Each year brings a brand-new theme, and this time we’re diving into something truly magical.

Welcome to the 2026 Enchanted Showcase, hosted right here in our own gym!

This year, our Recreational athletes will take the spotlight with a fully choreographed floor performance complete with music and props. Then, the excitement continues as they travel through the gym, demonstrating their skills on vault, bars, and beam.

Every participant will shine, and every gymnast will walk away with a custom 2026 Gym Recital Medal, earned on our very own podium. A picture booth and additional surprises will help capture all the memories.

Family and friends are invited to cheer, celebrate, and enjoy the show. Bring as many supporters as you like—the louder the energy, the better the magic.

Get ready for a showcase that’s all sparkle, skill, and enchantment!

Who participates?

The following classes are required to participate:
Preschool Beginner 1 (Guppies), Preschool Beginner 2 (Goldfish), Preschool Advanced (Lion Fish), Tiger Sharks, Hammer Sharks, Great White Sharks, Megalodons, Stingrays (After-School), and Pre-Team.
Dolphins (Tumbling) and Krakens (Parkour) are optional—they may join if they wish.

Do we have to sign up?

Yes. All Recreational and Pre-Team students are required to participate in our annual showcase as part of the program curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to celebrate all the hard work your athletes put in each season!

Do our children need to be sized for leotards?

Yes! Every participating student must be sized. The leotards are custom-made, and we do not order extras.
Please choose your child’s size carefully—we cannot offer refunds if the size you selected does not fit by the April event date.

Boys will also need to be fit for their t-shirt to make sure it will fit by show time!

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes! Families will receive a $50 discount for each additional sibling.
Example:

• Student 1: $165
• Student 2: $115

Although the cost may seem high, the event is not designed for profit. Your fees help cover equipment rentals, music, decorations, included items, and the many hours our staff spends preparing to make this an amazing experience.

Will siblings be placed in the same session?

We do our best to schedule siblings together, but we cannot guarantee it.
Final schedules will be released the week of March 16th so families can plan ahead.

Do we need to pay all at once?

No. Payment plans are available!

• A non-refundable $55 deposit is due at registration.
• The remaining balance can be paid weekly or monthly.
• 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 are the monthly payment dates
• The first 50 families to pay in full will receive 10% off their total.

When is the final payment due?

All balances must be paid by April 5th.

• A $25 late fee applies after that date.
• If the balance is still unpaid by April 20th, your child will forfeit their spot in the show.
  No refunds will be issued.

Do we need to purchase tickets in advance?

Not required, but recommended! Tickets will be available both for pre-purchase and at the door.

Do we need equipment at home for practice?

No. All practice will take place during your child’s regularly scheduled classes. Please help your child by ensuring consistent attendance, especially as routines are being finalized.

When will my child receive their show leotard?

Leotards will be handed out the week of April 6th
Please keep them somewhere safe—we do not have extras if a leotard is lost or damaged before the show.

Can my child wear shorts? Makeup? Does hair need to be a certain way?

• Shorts: Optional, but we recommend black.
• Hair: Must be pulled back and out of the face.
• Makeup: Completely up to parents.

What if we need to drop or can no longer attend?

There are no refunds, but your gymnast will still receive their leotard or shirt, prop, and medal.

Is the show recorded?

We do not produce a professional recording, but staff will be taking photos and videos that are usually posted on our website afterward.
Parents are welcome to photograph and record from their seats.
Please note:

• No flash photography
• Parents may not step onto the equipment
  There will be a divider in front of the first row to help maintain safety.

Will there be vendors?

Yes! And vendor spots are FREE.

The only requirement is that you stay for the full time:

• Saturday: 9am–6pm
• Sunday: 11am–5pm
  You may also choose to attend both days.

Will there be concessions?

Yes! We’re partnering with our amazing local food truck vendors to bring delicious food onsite. More details coming soon.

The first 50 participants that PAY IN FULL by January 31st, will receive 10% off their total. 

A $55 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of sign-up. 

There is a required form that will need to be filled out as well.

Final payments for the gym recital are due by 04/5/25 for your child to receive their leotard. If we do not receive your final payment by the due date, you will be charged a late fee of $25. If your final payment remains past due after April 20th, you will forfeit your child's participation in the gym recital and no refunds will be given.
