2027 Gym Showcase

Our annual Gym Showcase is growing, and this year's event is shaping up to be our biggest celebration yet!

All Recreational Gymnastics, Parkour, and After-School athletes will take part in this exciting two-day event as they show off everything they've learned throughout the season.

More than just a performance, the Gym Showcase is a chance for every athlete to build confidence, celebrate their accomplishments, and create lasting memories with family and friends.

Showcase Dates: May 1st & 2nd

Female Participant: $165

Includes:

• Custom showcase leotard
• Custom showcase medal
• Choreography and music
• Practice and rehearsal time
• Two admission tickets

Male Participant: $125

Includes:

• Custom showcase t-shirt
• Custom showcase medal
• Choreography and music
• Practice and rehearsal time
• Two admission tickets

Families with multiple participants receive a $50 sibling discount for each additional child.

Early Bird Bonus: The first 50 families who pay in full by January 31 will receive 10% off their total showcase registration.

A rehearsal schedule will be released soon.

While rehearsal is highly recommended, it is not required.

Separate rehearsal times will be scheduled for:

• Guppies, Goldfish & Lion Fish & Parkour (Krakens)- 10:00a-11:00a
• Hammer Sharks, Great White Sharks & Megalodons- 11:30a-1:00p
• Guppies, Goldfish & Lion Fish &0:0 Parkour (Krakens)- 1:30p-3:00p

Rehearsal Dates: April 17th

Each participating gymnast receives two complimentary admission tickets for parents or guardians.

Tickets can be picked up at the Gymnast Check-In Table on showcase day.

Need additional tickets? They can be purchased at the Admissions Table upon arrival.

Ticket Prices

• Adults (18+): $15
• Youth (7–17): $10
• Children (6 & under): Free

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled session. This gives your family plenty of time to park, check in, and find your seats before the show begins.

Gymnasts will be called to the floor 5 minutes before their session starts. Until then, please keep your athlete with you and off the gymnastics equipment.

Seating is first come, first served, so arriving early is encouraged.

Please park only in designated Seaside Training Center parking spaces.

Because we share our plaza with other businesses, we kindly ask that you leave their parking available for their customers.

Additional parking is available just across the street at Riverwalk Park, which is the easiest option for many families.

Sharks After Dark winners will be drawn during each showcase session.

One lucky winner will receive $50 in Seaside Training Center gym credit, which can be used toward merchandise or class tuition. The winner will be announced during a live drawing on Instagram after the showcase weekend.

What is the gym showcase?-  

The Gym Showcase is one of our favorite events of the year! It's our annual celebration of everything your child has learned throughout the season—a chance for every athlete to perform, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories with family and friends.

Think of it as our version of a dance recital... just with flips, cartwheels, obstacle courses, and plenty of gymnastics fun!

Every year features a brand-new theme, and this year we're taking center stage with Broadway, New York!

Our recreational gymnasts will perform a fully choreographed floor routine complete with music and props before making their way through the gym to showcase their skills on vault, bars, and beam. Every athlete gets their moment to shine!

Each participant will also receive a custom 2027 Gym Showcase Medal, presented on our very own awards podium. We'll have a photo booth, fun surprises, and plenty of opportunities to capture memories you'll treasure for years to come.

Most importantly, this day is all about celebrating your child's hard work, confidence, and accomplishments. We can't wait to cheer them on!

Family and friends are welcome to attend, so invite grandparents, cousins, neighbors, and anyone who wants to celebrate your gymnast. The more cheering, the better!

Who participates?

The following recreational classes are required to participate as part of our annual program:

• Guppies (Preschool Beginner 1)
• Goldfish (Preschool Beginner 2)
• Lion Fish (Preschool Advanced)
• Tiger Sharks
• Hammer Sharks
• Great White Sharks
• Megalodons
• Mako Sharks (After-School)
• Krakens (Parkour)

Dolphins (Tumbling) are welcome to participate, but enrollment is optional.

Do we have to sign up?

Yes! Since the Gym Showcase is part of our recreational curriculum, all eligible students must register to participate.

This special event allows every gymnast to celebrate their progress, perform for family and friends, and experience the excitement of being part of a big show.

Do our children need to be sized for leotards?

Yes.

Every participating athlete must be fitted for their custom showcase attire.

• Girls will receive a custom-made showcase leotard.
• Boys will receive a custom showcase T-shirt.

Because every item is made specifically for each athlete, we do not order extras. Please choose your child's size carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the selected size no longer fits by the showcase.

Is there a sibling discount?

Absolutely!

Families receive $50 off for each additional sibling participating.

Example:

• Student 1: $165
• Student 2: $125

While showcase fees help cover event expenses, this event is not designed to generate a profit. Your registration helps pay for custom attire, medals, props, music, decorations, equipment rentals, awards, and the many hours our staff spends creating an unforgettable experience for every family.

Will siblings be placed in the same session?

We always do our best to schedule siblings together whenever possible.

While we can't guarantee it, we know how important this is for families and make every effort to accommodate sibling schedules.

Final performance schedules will be released during the week of March 22.

Do we need to pay all at once?

No! We offer flexible payment plans to make registration easier for families.

• A non-refundable $55 deposit is due when registering.
• The remaining balance may be paid weekly or monthly.

Monthly payment dates:

• February 5
• March 5
• April 9

As a bonus, the first 50 families who pay their showcase balance in full will receive 10% off their total registration.

When is the final payment due?

All balances must be paid by April 16th.

• Payments received after April 16th will incur a $25 late fee.
• Any unpaid balances after April 23rd will result in forfeiture of your child's showcase participation.

Because showcase expenses are ordered well in advance, no refunds will be issued.

Do we need to purchase tickets in advance?

No.

Tickets will be available at the admissions table on showcase day.

• Adults (18+): $15
• Youth (7–17): $10
• Children 6 & under: Free

Do we need equipment at home for practice?

No extra equipment is needed!

All routines and skills will be practiced during your child's regularly scheduled classes. The best way to help your gymnast feel confident is by making every effort to attend class consistently, especially as showcase routines are finalized.

When Will We Receive Our Showcase Attire?

Showcase leotards and shirts will be distributed the week of April 26th.

Once your child receives their attire, please store it somewhere safe until showcase day. Since every item is custom ordered, replacements are not available if it becomes lost or damaged.

What Should My Child Wear?

Shorts: Optional (black shorts are recommended)

Hair: Must be securely pulled back and away from the face.

Makeup: Completely optional and at the parent's discretion.

What if we need to drop or can no longer attend?

Unfortunately, registration fees are non-refundable.

However, your athlete will still receive all of their showcase items, including:

• Custom leotard or shirt
• Showcase prop(s)
• 2027 Showcase Medal

Can We Take Photos and Videos?

Absolutely!

Parents and family members are welcome to take photos and record the performance from their seats.

To help keep everyone safe, please remember:

• No flash photography.
• Parents and guests may not step onto the equipment.
• A safety divider will be placed in front of the first row.

Our staff will also be taking photos and videos throughout the event, and many of them will be shared on our website after the showcase.

Will There Be Food?

Yes!

We'll be partnering with some of our favorite local food trucks to keep everyone fueled throughout the day with delicious food and treats.

Early Bird Special

The first 50 participants who pay in full by January 31, 2027 will receive 10% off their total showcase registration.

Registration Details

• A $55 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
• A completed Showcase Registration Form is required to secure your child's spot.

Final Payment

All remaining balances are due by April 16th, 2027.

To ensure your child receives their custom showcase attire, all balances must be pay the full balance by the deadline.

• Payments received after April 16th will incur a $25 late fee.
• Balances that remain unpaid after April 23rd will result in your child's showcase registration being canceled. Due to the custom items and event preparations already in progress, no refunds will be issued.
